Privacy

What the browser extension handles

The extension has one purpose: exporting LinkedIn Sales Navigator lead and account search results that you choose to export. It only runs on Sales Navigator search pages (www.linkedin.com/sales/search/…) when you press Start.

• Search results as shown in Sales Navigator: for leads, name, job title, company and its industry and location, lead location, connection degree, time in role and company, Premium and Open Profile flags, Sales Navigator and LinkedIn profile URLs; for accounts, company name, industry, headcount, description, Sales Navigator and LinkedIn company URLs. Also the URL of the search you exported.
• Your Scrapigator API key, stored only in your browser.
• Run progress and settings (page range, daily cap, request counts), stored only in your browser.

The extension does not collect your browsing history, your LinkedIn password, cookies or session tokens, your messages, or anything from sites other than Sales Navigator search pages.

Search results leave your browser only after you connect the extension to your account and approve the upload agreement on Scrapigator. They are then sent over HTTPS to our server and shown in your dashboard. Without that, exports stay on your computer.

What our server stores

• your email address and password hash, to run your account;
• a hash of your extension API key (never the key itself);
• your subscription status from our payment processor, Dodo Payments;
• the export rows the extension uploads, and the search URL.

Card details go to Dodo Payments and never reach our servers. We keep exports for as long as your account exists. You can ask us to delete your account and all exports at any time, and we delete them within 30 days.

Website usage analytics

Our own visit counter records page views and browser sessions using a random session identifier stored in your tab. Its records contain a daily hash of that identifier, the page path, referring domain, device category and time, but not your account identity, IP address, URL query parameters, passwords or activation codes. We keep these records for 90 days, and this counter respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.

We also use Google Analytics on this website. Google Analytics sets cookies and receives your IP address, browser and device details and the pages you visit, and Google processes that data under the Google Privacy Policy. We keep Google Analytics event data for 14 months. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on or by blocking cookies for this site. Neither tool monitors your activity on other websites, and the browser extension sends nothing to Google Analytics. We use these numbers to understand traffic and improve the service.

How we use it

We use this data only to provide the export feature: showing your exports in your dashboard, letting you download them, and enforcing plan limits. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, use it to build profiles or for credit or lending decisions, or share it with third parties except the hosting, analytics and payment providers needed to run the service, or when the law requires it. Our people do not read your exports unless you ask for support with them, it is needed for security, or the law requires it.

The use of information received from the extension adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Terms

Scrapigator is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by LinkedIn. LinkedIn's User Agreement prohibits browser extensions that scrape or copy its services, and LinkedIn may restrict or close accounts it believes are automated. You choose whether to use Scrapigator, and you accept that risk for your own LinkedIn account.

You are responsible for how you use exported data, including compliance with privacy and anti-spam laws where you and your contacts are located.

Acceptable use

Do not use Scrapigator to export data you are not allowed to see, to resell raw LinkedIn data, to send unsolicited bulk messages, or to attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service. Do not share your account or extension API key.

Accounts and termination

You can ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing support@scrapigator.com. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk.

No warranty and liability

The service is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including restrictions LinkedIn places on your account, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.

Cancellation and refunds

Pro is billed monthly. Cancel anytime from your account page; Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for and is not renewed after that.

7-day money-back guarantee. If Pro is not right for you, email support@scrapigator.com within 7 days of your first Pro payment and we refund it in full to your original payment method. Later renewals are not refunded, but you can cancel before the next renewal at any time.
