Pricing questions
What counts as a row?
One lead or one account in an export. A search that returns 2,500 leads uses 2,500 rows. Rows you export twice count twice.
When does the free limit reset?
On the first day of each calendar month (UTC). Unused rows do not carry over.
Is Pro really unlimited?
There is no monthly row limit on Pro. To keep exports human-paced, the extension stops at 2,500 rows per browser per day by default; you can raise that to 10,000. LinkedIn itself caps each search at 2,500 leads or 1,000 accounts.
How do refunds work?
If Pro is not right for you, email support@scrapigator.com within 7 days of your first Pro payment for a full refund. You can cancel anytime; Pro stays active until the end of the paid month.
Do I need Sales Navigator?
Yes. Scrapigator exports searches you run in your own LinkedIn Sales Navigator account. It does not include email addresses.
