Apollo plans and prices

Every seat on an account must be on the same plan. Basic and Professional have a 14-day trial; after it, you can stay on the free plan with no time limit.

What a credit buys

  • Exporting a net-new person with a verified email to CSV uses 1 credit; exporting contacts you already saved is free.
  • Mobile numbers cost credits and are never refunded; office phone numbers found with an email request cost no extra credits.
  • Credits for verified emails that bounce within 30 days are refunded if you sent through Apollo.
  • Apollo shows the credit cost per data type inside the app, not on its public pages.
  • Credits are pooled across the team, reset each billing cycle and do not roll over.

Cost per credit

If you use every credit, Apollo costs about 2 to 2.5 cents per credit on the paid plans.

Our arithmetic from Apollo's listed prices. Unused credits expire, so real cost per used credit is higher.

Contract terms to know

  • Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the term.
  • Annual plans are paid up front and cannot be downgraded mid-cycle.
  • Add-on credits renew automatically every cycle until removed.
  • Data is for internal business use only.

Using Apollo with Sales Navigator

Sales Navigator is better at finding the right people (50+ filters on LinkedIn's own profiles); Apollo is better at contact details. Many teams use both: build the list in Sales Navigator, then enrich it.

LinkedIn has no CSV export of Sales Navigator searches. Routes into a contact tool: LinkedIn's CRM sync (Advanced Plus only), the vendor's own extension (Lusha saves Sales Navigator tables in batches of 25, Cognism exports leads to your CRM), saving leads one by one, or exporting the search with a Sales Navigator scraper and uploading the CSV for enrichment. LinkedIn's User Agreement prohibits scraping, including through browser plugins, so that route carries account risk; see the safety guide.
