Evaboot alternatives for exporting Sales Navigator

Evaboot is a good tool. It exports a Sales Navigator search and finds a verified email for each lead. But it isn't the right fit for everyone. Here are six alternatives, with prices and limits taken from each vendor's own site on 2026-10-07. We make Scrapigator, so it is listed first; we have tried to be fair to the rest.

Key takeaways

  • For whole searches at the lowest flat price, with emails handled elsewhere: Scrapigator, $8 a month.
  • For phone numbers as well as emails: Kaspr or Lusha.
  • For outreach campaigns: Waalaxy. For many automations in one plan: PhantomBuster. For verified emails on a shortlist: Skrapp.io.
  • Every tool is held to LinkedIn's 2,500-lead limit per search and to LinkedIn's rules on automation.

The short answer

If you want the cheapest way to export whole searches and already have an email tool, try Scrapigator at $8 a month flat. If you need phone numbers, look at Kaspr or Lusha. For outreach campaigns, Waalaxy. For many automations in one plan, PhantomBuster. For verified emails on a shortlist, Skrapp.io.

Why people look past Evaboot

Evaboot charges one credit per exported lead, with the email included. That works well until one of these is true:

  • You export a lot. At 3,000 leads a month you are on Evaboot's $99 plan. A flat-price exporter costs the same at 300 leads or 30,000.
  • You already pay for enrichment. If Clay, Apollo or your CRM finds emails for you, paying for them again inside every export credit is double spending.
  • You need more than emails. Phone numbers for calling, or outreach campaigns, are other tools' strengths.

What to look for

  • Pricing model: a flat monthly price, or credits per lead or per contact.
  • Contact data: do you need emails or phone numbers in the same step, or do you add them later?
  • Volume: how many rows you export a month, and any daily limits.
  • Scope: just export, or a wider automation or outreach platform.

The alternatives in detail

1. Scrapigator

A Chrome extension that exports Sales Navigator lead and account searches to CSV, JSON, a Google Sheet or a webhook, pacing itself at 2 to 15 seconds per 25 results from your own browser. On Pro it tries to split searches bigger than LinkedIn's limit for you. Free gives you 100 rows a month; Pro is $8 a month with no monthly row limit and a 7-day money-back guarantee. It does not find emails or phone numbers. Best if you already enrich elsewhere or export thousands of rows a month. Scrapigator vs Evaboot.

2. PhantomBuster

PhantomBuster is an automation platform, and exporting a Sales Navigator search is one of its automations. The Start plan is $69 a month, or $56 a month billed annually, with 500 email credits a month. After a 14-day trial there is a free plan that caps CSV exports at 10 rows. It suits growth teams that will use several automations, not only export.

3. Kaspr

Kaspr exports Sales Navigator searches in bulk on its paid plans and adds emails and phone numbers. Paid plans start at about €45 per user per month. Starter lists unlimited B2B emails, 1,200 phone credits a year, up to 12,000 exports a year and 500 contacts per bulk action. The free plan has a few email credits but no Sales Navigator export. It suits sales teams that call prospects.

4. Lusha

Lusha reveals emails and phone numbers for people you save from Sales Navigator to a Lusha table, up to 25 at a time, and you pay in credits. The free plan gives 40 credits a month. We couldn't load its pricing page, so check lusha.com/pricing for paid plans. It suits reps who want contact details for a few prospects at a time.

Questions

What is the cheapest Evaboot alternative?

Of the tools here, Scrapigator has the lowest listed paid price: $8 a month flat with unlimited exports. It does not include emails. Lusha's paid price could not be verified when we checked, so it is not part of that comparison.

Which Evaboot alternatives include phone numbers?

Kaspr and Lusha both offer phone numbers as well as emails, paid in credits. Evaboot, Skrapp.io and Scrapigator do not include phone numbers.

Is there a free Evaboot alternative?

Scrapigator's free plan exports 100 rows a month with no card. The others list: Lusha 40 credits a month, Skrapp.io 50 free credits, PhantomBuster a free plan capped at 10 CSV rows after a 14-day trial, Waalaxy a 14-day trial. Kaspr has a free plan, but without Sales Navigator export.

Can any tool export more than 2,500 leads from one search?

No. Sales Navigator shows at most 2,500 leads or 1,000 accounts per search, and every tool is held to that. Split bigger searches with filters such as region or company size. On Pro, Scrapigator tries to split them for you.

Why is Scrapigator listed first?

Because we make it. We list it first so that is obvious, and every competitor fact on this page comes from that vendor's own site with the date we checked.
