What ZoomInfo publishes
- Sales packages: Professional, Copilot Advanced and Copilot Enterprise. Marketing packages: Demand, ABM Lite and ABM Enterprise.
- Price depends on features, number of licenses and credit usage.
- Each export costs one credit, whether from the platform, the Chrome extension or an integration; packages include a set number of credits.
- Buyer intent starts at Copilot Advanced; Professional includes mobile numbers and business emails.
- Payment frequency is agreed with sales.
What customers actually pay
Vendr, which tracks software purchases, reports a median ZoomInfo contract of $33,500 a year, from 1,577 purchases, ranging from $7,240 to $156,042.
That figure is third-party (Vendr's page was last updated in February 2026), so treat it as a range to negotiate against, not a price. Vendr also notes that some contracts auto-renew with price increases. ZoomInfo itself targets B2B companies with 100+ employees.
Free options
- Free trial, no credit card, typically 7 days, with usage limits.
- ZoomInfo Lite: a free tier used to log in to the Chrome extension.
How to compare a ZoomInfo quote
- 1
Count real usage
Estimate how many contacts you will export per month; that is what credits buy.
- 2
Divide
Quote price divided by included credits gives cost per exported contact. Compare cost per email and per phone across vendors, not per credit: a credit buys different things at Apollo and Lusha.
- 3
Check renewal
Ask about auto-renewal and price escalators before signing.
- 4
Try the cheaper path

Using ZoomInfo with Sales Navigator
Sales Navigator is better at finding the right people (50+ filters on LinkedIn's own profiles); ZoomInfo is better at contact details. Many teams use both: build the list in Sales Navigator, then enrich it.
LinkedIn has no CSV export of Sales Navigator searches. Routes into a contact tool: LinkedIn's CRM sync (Advanced Plus only), the vendor's own extension (Lusha saves Sales Navigator tables in batches of 25, Cognism exports leads to your CRM), saving leads one by one, or exporting the search with a Sales Navigator scraper and uploading the CSV for enrichment. LinkedIn's User Agreement prohibits scraping, including through browser plugins, so that route carries account risk; see the safety guide.
